Every Deligreen battery pack undergoes a rigorous quality control process before leaving our facility. We do not cut corners — each unit must pass our full inspection protocol before it is approved for shipment.

  • 72-Hour Aging Test: Every pack is subjected to a full 3-day, 3-night (72-hour) aging cycle under real charge/discharge conditions. This process screens out any early-failure cells and ensures the pack performs consistently before it reaches you.
  • Cell Matching & Grading: All CALB Grade A cells are individually tested and matched for capacity and internal resistance prior to assembly, ensuring balanced performance across all 16 cells.
  • BMS Functionality Check: The BMS protection functions — including over-voltage, under-voltage, over-current, short-circuit, and temperature cutoff — are verified on every unit.
  • Active Balancer Verification: The 2A active balancer is tested to confirm proper cell equalization during both charge and discharge cycles.
  • Safety System Inspection: The integrated fire suppression system and heating pad are functionally tested before packing.
  • Final Capacity & Voltage Check: Each pack is measured for actual capacity output and resting voltage to confirm it meets rated specifications.
